Paolo Bivona has traveled the world to become the Master Colorist and Stylist he is today. After completing his training at Pivot Point Academy, he staged for four years in Milan and Rome to master color and hair shaping. Returning to the States, he opened two salons—Z ONE and Compagnia Della Bellezza in Chicago.

As his reputation grew, he became Creative Director for color and haircutting at Compagnia Della Bellezza, Loreál International and Matrix International. This led to hair shows both domestically and internationally, and eventually television—as Colorist for several seasons with America’s Top Model and Lead Colorist at Ambush Makeovers.

In 2022/2023 he was awarded Global Colorist of the year.
